Can I do the paperwork myself?
Yes. Our service saves you the time of sorting through forms and preparing the paperwork yourself. You provide your information, we prepare the documents included in your package.
What is the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?
Bronze prepares the initial filing paperwork. Silver includes documents through the final decree. Gold adds a personal review appointment, organization help, routine reminders and extra revision support. Choose the level of preparation and support you need. Guided filing assistance is optional at checkout.
Do we both have to agree?
Both spouses agreeing on all terms determines whether the consent divorce path fits. Consent Divorce uses its own complete document package, with separate options for cases with or without minor children. If you do not both agree, review the standard divorce packages. Unresolved disputes may require help from a licensed attorney.
What happens after I pay?
Check your email for the link to your new secure client portal. Your intake questionnaire is inside. Complete it and click Submit so we can begin preparing your documents.
Will I lose my answers if I stop?
No. Your secure intake saves your answers as you enter them. Stop when you need to and return when you’re ready, without losing your progress.
What if my documents need revisions?
You review your prepared documents before final delivery. Each package includes the review and revision rounds listed in its description. Request needed revisions during that review, then download your completed documents after final revisions.
Will I know when my documents are ready?
Yes. You receive an email when your documents are ready for review and another notification when your final documents are available to download from your portal.
What if I need help filing?
Add Guided Filing Assistance for $197 during your Stripe checkout. We help with filing steps, including screen sharing for supported online submissions and guidance for required paper submissions. You approve submissions, use your own court account when needed and pay court fees directly.
Are there extra fees?
Your preparation price is shown before purchase. Court fees, service costs and required parenting classes are separate. Guided Filing Assistance is an optional $197 extra, including with Gold. Retirement division orders and additional motions are outside these packages.
What if my spouse does not respond or we disagree?
A case proceeding by default has a different paperwork sequence, which Silver and Gold cover for eligible matters. If you dispute important terms or need advice about what to request or accept, contact a licensed attorney.
When will my initial documents be ready?
Initial preparation targets after complete information is received are 24 hours for Bronze, 48 hours for Silver and 72 hours for Gold. These are preparation targets, not a promise that your divorce will be finalized within that time. Later documents depend on your case stage and required court timeframes.
